Yesterday’s strong cold front produced widespread moderate-heavy rain and occasional thunder, with strong wind gusts mostly limited to northern NJ and further north/west. An isolated tornado risk was present north and west of NYC, and this evening, the National Weather Service confirmed an EF1 tornado in Paramus, NJ in Bergen county.
